Authorized Agents: You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. To do so, provide written authorization signed by you, or a valid power of attorney. We may still contact you directly to verify your identity.
Response Timeline: We will respond to your request within 45 calendar days of receipt. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you in writing and explain the reason for the extension.
Lookback Period: You may request information about personal information collected since January 1, 2022.
Financial Incentive Disclosure
BruChew offers a 15% discount to new email subscribers. This discount is a financial incentive under the CCPA. To participate, you submit your email address via our signup form and receive a one-time discount code.
- What you provide: Your email address
- What you receive: A 15% discount on your first order
- How to opt out: You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email. Unsubscribing will not affect any discount already applied to a completed order, but you will no longer be eligible for future email-only promotions.
- Estimated value: We estimate that the value of your email address to our business is reasonably related to the value of the discount offered, based on the expected commercial value of marketing communications sent to email subscribers.
Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Indiana, Kentucky, Rhode Island, and Other U.S. State Residents
Residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws — including but not limited to Virginia (VCDPA), Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Texas (TDPSA), Oregon (OCPA), Montana (MCDPA), Indiana (INCDPA), Kentucky (KCDPA), and Rhode Island (RIDPPA) — may have rights similar to those described in the California section above, including the right to:

Our website is intended for customers located in the United States. We do not ship internationally and do not direct our services to visitors outside the U.S.
