Our 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We stand behind BrüChew 100%. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your order date—no questions asked.

To request a refund, email us at support@bruchew.com with your order number and we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. You do not need to return the product.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original order date.
  • The guarantee applies to first-time purchases of each product. Repeat orders of the same product are not eligible.
  • One refund per household.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us at support@bruchew.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and your order number. We will send a replacement at no charge or issue a full refund, at your preference.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong product, contact us immediately at support@bruchew.com. We will ship the correct item at no cost and arrange return of the incorrect item if necessary.

Subscription Refunds

Subscription charges that have already been processed are non-refundable, except in cases of product defects or damage. However, the 30-day money-back guarantee applies to a first charge. To cancel a future charge, you must cancel your subscription before the next renewal date. See our Subscription Terms for details.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Orders outside the 30-day window
  • Repeat purchases of the same product
  • Gift cards
  • Items purchased through third-party retailers (contact the retailer directly)
