Processing Times
Orders placed Monday through Sunday before 12:00 PM EST are processed and shipped the same day. Yes, we even ship on the weekends!
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
Standard / Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all U.S. orders. Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days via our carrier partners (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or similar).
Express Shipping
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee. Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days.
International Shipping
At this time, BrüChew ships within the United States only. We plan to expand internationally in the future—sign up for our email list to be notified when your country becomes available.
Delays & Issues
Once an order has been handed off to a shipping carrier, we cannot guarantee delivery times. Carrier delays—whether due to high volume during peak seasons or severe weather—are outside our control. If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at support@bruchew.com and we will work to make it right.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. BrüChew is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at support@bruchew.com — we can update your address only if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Subscription Orders
Subscription orders are processed and shipped automatically on your chosen billing cycle. You will receive a reminder email before each renewal. Shipping for subscription orders is always free.
