How Subscriptions Work

BrüChew’s Subscribe & Save program lets you receive your favorite products on a recurring schedule at a discounted rate (currently 15% off). By subscribing, you authorize BrüChew to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

Billing & Renewal

  • Your subscription renews automatically every 4 weeks (28 days) from the date of your first order.
  • You will receive a reminder email before each renewal charge.
  • Your payment method on file will be charged the discounted subscription rate.
  • If a payment fails, we will retry before pausing your subscription. You will be notified by email.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage your subscription at any time through your BrüChew account portal, including:

  • Skipping a shipment
  • Changing your delivery date
  • Swapping flavors or products
  • Updating your shipping address or payment method
  • Pausing your subscription
  • Cancelling your subscription

To cancel, log into your account and navigate to “Subscriptions,” or email us at support@bruchew.com. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next renewal date to avoid being charged for that cycle.

Pricing

The subscription discount is applied to the price at the time of your first order. BrüChew reserves the right to adjust product pricing at any time. We will notify subscribers by email at least 14 days before any price change takes effect. You may cancel your subscription before the price change applies.

Shipping

All subscription orders ship free within the United States. Subscription orders are subject to our standard Shipping Policy.

California Automatic Renewal Law

California residents: You may cancel your subscription at any time. You will receive a confirmation of your subscription at the email address you provided. You will receive a reminder before each renewal. To cancel, log into your account or contact us at support@bruchew.com.
